Freshly made smoked mozzarella, prosciutto, and mushroom ravioli wrapped in a roasted red pepper pasta shell. Tossed with a saute of shiitake mushrooms, grape tomatoes, and spinach. Finished in a white wine garlic butter sauce.

Pumpkin Ravioli -15-
Freshly made and wrapped in a cinnamon pasta shell. Finished in a brown butter sage sauce.

Baked and breaded, topped with a red sauce and mozzarella.

A saute of veal, prosciutto, and sage finished in a white wine garlic butter sauce.

Freshly made porcini mushroom filled ravioli sauteed with mushrooms in a marsala wine sauce
